We are born naked. Small children just loves to be naked. It is the grown-ups that (often with great effort) learns the kids that they must wear clothes.

Children doesn't see anything wrong in the naked body. And it doesn't harm children to see natural naked adults.

Finally take notice that campingsites, resorts etc. gives the children the freedom to wear clothes if they want to. But in the most places swimsuits are not allowed in swimmingpools and pool areas.

Nudity is a positive aspect of child development as it allows a child to get to know its own body and accept the changes easily. Children very quickly learn that there are places where you can go about naked and others where you have to wear clothes.
